Your idea deserves to be made properly.

Custore helps businesses, communities, and creators turn ideas into thoughtfully made custom apparel and merchandise.

We guide the whole process from concept through sourcing, sampling, production and delivery, so an idea becomes something real without the client having to manage the complexity behind it.

The Custore team
01 /Why We Exist

Why Custore

Custom apparel has always been harder than it should be. Anyone with an idea for a uniform, a team kit or a piece of merchandise quickly runs into a wall of factories, minimum orders and specifications written for people who already know the trade.

The information a client needs is rarely the information they are given. Fabric names without weights. Colours that only exist in a catalogue. Lead times that shift after payment. Most people end up choosing the least wrong option and hoping.

We started Custore because the gap was never really about manufacturing capacity. It was about guidance — someone to hold the standard, translate the brief, and stay accountable from the first sketch to the last delivered box.

“Customers deserved more than a list of factories.”

They deserved someone who understood what they were trying to make, and could take responsibility for making it.
02 /How We Help

From an idea to something real

Every project moves through the same six steps, whether it is twenty pieces or two thousand.

  1. 01Refine the ideaWe work out what you are actually trying to make before anything gets specified.
  2. 02Recommend the right approachFabric, construction and method chosen for your use, budget and timeline.
  3. 03Prepare the production briefYour idea written in the language production teams work from.
  4. 04Develop and reviseSamples made, reviewed and adjusted until the result is right.
  5. 05Manage productionQuality, quantity and schedule held to the approved sample.
  6. 06Support deliveryShipping, collection and handover arranged around your date.

You remain part of the creative process while we help manage the complexity behind it.

03 /Our Approach
MORE THAN FINDING A SUPPLIER

We don't begin with what a factory wants to sell.We begin with what you are trying to create.

That order matters. Starting from available stock means shaping the idea to fit what exists. Starting from the idea means finding, or building, the way to make it — the right fabric, the right construction, the right maker for that specific piece.

It is slower to begin with and better by the end. It also means we say no to work we cannot do well, and tell you when a simpler approach would serve you better than the one you came in asking for.

04 /What Guides Us

Five principles

01Start with the outcomeWhat the piece needs to do decides how it gets made — not the other way round.
02Make the complex clearWeights, compositions and trade-offs explained in plain terms, before a decision is needed.
03Pay attention to the detailsA collar that holds its shape, a seam that survives the season. The small things are the product.
04Choose depth over endless choiceA few well-understood options beat a catalogue nobody can navigate.
05Use technology with purposeTools should remove chasing and guesswork, not add another dashboard to check.
05 /The Vision

Building a better way to customise

We want customisation to feel like commissioning something, not negotiating with a supply chain. That means fewer decisions handed to the client raw, and more of them made with proper guidance behind them.

Over time, the parts of this that are mechanical — briefs, quotes, approvals, status — should take care of themselves, so the attention goes where it belongs: on the design, the fit and the finish.

Because great ideas should not be limited by how difficult they are to manufacture.

Start With Whatever You Have

A sketch. A reference image. An existing product. Or just an idea you have not fully figured out yet.
